Leading the team is Padraig (Paddy), a passionate Sustainability Consultant and Director at Credwell with over 10 years of experience. He was amongst the very first to become a NABERS Accredited Assessor for Apartment Buildings, and has worked on numerous Section J Reports, JV3 Reports, BASIX Certifications, NABERS Certifications and Green Star projects for a vast array of building classifications.
Paddy has built a reputation for creating long standing relationships, meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations.
In early 2021, in response to increased demand for Sustainable Building Services, Paddy set about bringing in new talent to grow his division’s capability and hired the following high calibre recruits.
Amir is a Senior Sustainability Consultant passionate about the built environment and innovative building design with significant experience in the building services industry and consultancy environment.
His experience includes projects covering residential, commercial, retail, education, sport and leisure, hotels, and healthcare sectors.
Amir has an enviable professional and academic record, maintaining a high distinction during a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, and completing a Master of Energy Studies (Sustainable Building/Infrastructure) from The University of Melbourne and a PhD from The University of New South Wales.
Amir is also Green Star Accredited Professional (GSAP) and NABERS Accredited Assessor.
Representing the next generation in sustainability excellence is Reshma Punjabi, a trained Architect who brings to the team a passion for sustainable design and a master’s degree in High-Performance Building & Sustainable Design from the University of Sydney.
While balancing her work commitments, Reshma made the Dean’s List of Excellence in Academic Performance (of) 2020.
