Dairy Farmers Towers

The proposed Dairy Farmers Corner is set to be one of Newcastle’s tallest buildings, incorporating two high rise residential towers, commercial and retail tenancies, and an art gallery space to showcase the heritage glass milk bottle and clock tower structure as a tribute to the site’s history.

Through early engagement, Credwell provided BCA consultancy services to the design team, leading from the Development Application stage, to design development and to Tender. Credwell are continuing to provide detailed BCA reporting leading into the Construction Certificate phase.

Credwell’s detailed BCA reports for Construction Certificates, provide designers with the confidence that BCA compliance is achieved for the purposes of preparing their Design Declarations as part of the Design and Building Practitioner Legislation.
