Merewether Golf Club

This project is the redevelopment of the Merewether Golf Club which consists of a new clubhouse and seniors living apartments with ancillary pool, gym, and day spa facilities.

Through early engagement, Credwell were able to assist with developing the approach to fire separation, egress and solutions associated with the complex mixed-use development that contains separate towers, united over a shared basement carpark. Credwell are pleased to be undertaking detailed BCA reporting through design development and construction certificate phases.
