Credwell Fire & Risk recently completed and installed over 40 evacuation diagrams and created the emergency procedures manual for this Rouse Hill development. 

 

The project comprised three separate, four storey residential buildings and includes 243 units, which share an underground carpark.

 

The emergency procedures manual incorporates the site-specific fire engineering requirements.
