Built in the 1960s, the Glenview Court apartment building in Tamarama is being beautified and brought to BCA standards at an estimated cost of 20 million, funded by the sale of two new penthouses on an additional 8th floor.

BCA advice provided by Credwell has helped this Sydney icon back to life, and construction stage inspections have provided the strata plan and construction team with quality assurance along the way.
